Directions to Allen Harbor

Please use the map below for directions from your location. Once you reach Allen Harbor just turn into the parking lot and the Tuna Eclipse is just before the boat ramp on the left.

These are the best directions to Allen Harbor and the Tuna Eclipse on Cape Cod from
anywhere in Massachusetts. Anglers who have used Mapquest, GPS, etc. have encountered problems. Thanks.

 

 

 
 

The Tuna Eclipse is located on Nantucket Sound on the south side of Cape Cod. From Cape Cod Canal, take Route 6 east to Exit 9A (Route 134). At the end of the ramp, veer to the south onto Route 134. Travel on Route 134 to the intersection of Route 134 and Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28. Travel into Harwich and continue for approximately 3 miles to Brooks Road (Jake Rooneys and A & W restaurants are on the corner). Turn right onto Brooks Road and travel to stop sign. Turn left onto Lower County Road. Allen Harbor is 1/8 mile up on the right.
 
From the east, take Route 6 to Exit 10 (Route 124). Turn south on Route 124 toward Harwich Center, zigzag across Main Street in Harwich (on Route 124 and Route 39) and follow the signs to Route 28 in Harwich Port (Star Market on the right). Turn right (west) onto Route 28 for one block, turn left on Brooks Road (Jake Rooneys and A & W restaurants are on the corner). Turn right onto Brooks Road and travel to stop sign. Turn left onto Lower County Road. Allen Harbor is 1/8 mile up on the right.

All that you will need is food, drink, camera and a sweat shirt. You should also bring a large empty cooler for fish. I will have ice and all of the gear that we will need.
